A whole head of foils, or the foil that you wrapped your sandwich in! If it’s made of aluminium it can go in the recycling bin.

Most hairsprays and deodorants are recyclable - but they MUST be EMPTY!

Empty soda or beer cans are good to go.

Recycle your aluminium colour tubes as well as any other aluminium cosmetics tubes. We only want your used tubes and we can’t accept full tubes.

If you can scrunch your chocolate wrapper, you can recycle it…

Recycle your metal bottle tops, commonly found in salons on wine bottles and olive oil bottles.

Your pot noodle or yoghurt might just have a recyclable lid. Do the scrunch test to find out if it can be recycled.

The Scrunch test
Scrunch the item into a ball in the palm of your hand and then open your hand. If it stays scrunched up in a ball, it’s aluminium, but if it’s springs back up it’s made from plastic.
